Brad Estes
|
Brad is the founder and driving force behind Y Not Personalized Fitness. He formed the company in 1994, and continues to lead YNPF to new levels of success each year. Brad was raised in rural Kansas, received his post-secondary education at the University of Kansas, and landed in Las Vegas in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Brad earned his Personal Trainer credentials through the American Council on Exercise in 1992. He is an Accredited Fitness Therapist through the National Fitness Therapy Association. Brad has trained hundreds of individuals of all abilities, from Olympic athletes, professional athletes, and recreational athletes to handicapped, the elderly, and people with active disease and disability. “Generally speaking, I work with overweight and de-conditioned individuals on a daily basis. My greatest joy comes from seeing those people achieve what they had once believed to be the unachievable”. Brad has become a specialist in major body/lifestyle transformations. |

Ashley brings to Y Not Personalized Fitness, a reputation, credentials, and an enthusiasm for fitness that is among the best. She graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Utah, while earning Bachelors degrees in Anthropology and Fine Arts (Ballet). She performed as a professional Ballerina for six years in New York, giving her unique training perspectives on balance and posture. She holds Personal Training certifications from the American Council on Exercise, as well as, the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ashley also holds national certifications in Pilates, Aqua, and pre/post natal fitness. |

Tad Estes

Tad offers YNPF clients a depth of knowledge in fitness and rehab that is second to none. His formal education began at the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, and continued in southern Nevada, where he earned a Physical Therapy Assistant degree, as well as a Masters in Business Administration and an M.S. in Health Care Administration. Along with formal education, Tad has been a state and national champion in track and field and bodybuilding, giving him the unique perspective of competition at the highest levels. He is able to convey the importance of having balanced amounts of competition, structure, and follow through in our clients lives.
