Testing & Evaluation:
The scientific principals of exercise have guided our use of extensive testing and evaluation procedures. We are equipped to administer, evaluate, and put into practice, the results of over two-dozen testing protocols. With the ability to customize your evaluation to fit your particular needs, we feel this gives us a leap forward, in delivering success oriented, efficient programs.
Post-Rehab Training:
YNPF employs a staff of trainers with over 30 years of specific rehab and post rehab experience. This gives us the technical knowledge and hands-on experience to tackle nearly all post-rehabilitation cases. From rotator cuff problems, to low-back pain, to knee reconstruction, we have seen and treated them all. To make the transition to the highest level of functional ability, we will gladly carry on a dialogue with your physician or physical therapist, insuring the best possible care.
Sport Specific Programming:
If you have dreamed of becoming an athlete, and want to pursue that dream in the safest, most effective way, you need YNPF! We have excelled in training athletes of all levels, from Professional baseball players and Olympic athletes, to bodybuilders and teenagers trying to make their first sports team. If you have the desire to compete with the best, let us show you how to do exactly that!
Sports Conditioning / Boot Camp:
This is a group class that generally is held for 8 weeks in the fall and another 8 weeks in the spring. The focus of this program is to supplement your current exercise program with a new level of intensity and FUN! Participants are often surprised to see just how great this is, breathing new life into an otherwise stagnant exercise routine. Because of its popularity, we may soon extend the sessions…stay tuned! |

Our, “in the gym”, options are as follows; (Contracted through Las Vegas Athletic Club)
- ½ Hour Personal Session – Private and Up-Tempo!
- 1 Hour Personal Session – Private, Comprehensive, Result Driven!
- 1 Hour Semi-Private Session –2 clients together, Infectious Energy, Huge Value!
