12 Week Fitness Kickstart Program

My, Y Not Fitness, - 12 Week Kick Start Program is based on principals that are tried and true! Over the course of the past 14 years, I’ve been developing programs that have yielded extraordinary results; this program will be no less impressive, as I have taken key elements of my most successful strategies and packaged them into a format that cannot fail. Read on to see the keys to your fitness future.

Testing – We will begin with a full fitness assessment. In this session I will evaluate you for cardiovascular capacity, body composition, circumference measurements, flexibility, health history, and perhaps other categories if I see a need. This step must be taken to insure your objective, reliable results.

Documentation – Accountability is a very important part of the process. As part of the program you will be given a 12 week journal, in which you will record all of the particulars of your nutrition program, cardio program and vitamin consumption. I will add your weight training information to the journal. Ultimately we will be creating a repeatable road map for your long term success!

Cardiovascular Training – Based on the results of your initial and subsequent cardio tests’; I will personally design your aerobic exercise program with the goal of making every minute spent on aerobic training as efficient as possible. From day one, you will feel the difference.

Resistance Training – This component is essential to your 12 week success, as well as, the long term ignition of your metabolic fire! The exercises and intensities that you’ll engage in will boost your level of performance to levels you may have previously thought impossible.

Homework – Each participant in my 12 week kick start will be given a short homework
